We require applicants to have 3× the monthly rent of the unit they wish to lease in total pre-tax income. If your credit score is below 650, please talk to us before applying about what we’re looking for on your credit record and what alternatives we offer. Federal law permits you one free credit report every 12 months from each credit reporting company. Our policy on criminal backgrounds attempts to be equitable, but some cases are categorically denied. If you know you don’t meet our requirements, please don’t spend your money on our non-refundable application fee.

Applicant represents that all of the above statements are true and complete and hereby authorizes verification of such information. False information given above shall be grounds for owner’s rejection of the application, forfeit of security deposit and termination of right of occupancy, and it may constitute a serious criminal offense under the laws of this state.

Payment

One-Time ACH Authorization Form

By entering/providing the information above, you hereby agree to the automated withdrawal of the listed amounts from your bank account as of today's date and further agree to hold Country Manor Apartments, its employees and officers harmless for any issue arising out of this transaction.

Furthermore, if your payment is returned for nonsufficient funds on your account, we will assess an additional $25 NSF fee.

Please note: We will not be able to process your application until we receive your $50 application fee.

Attachments and Additional Comments

Please attach any documents necessary to prove your income (paystubs, Leave and Earnings Statement, Social Security benefits letter, proof of disability income, proof of child support, etc.). Any other documents relevant to your application are also welcome (e.g. proof your pet is a registered support animal). If there's anything else you would like us to know about you or your application (for example, you are applying with a roommate), please write it in the comments box.
