We offer lease lengths from month-to-month—especially attractive for military personnel on a short rotation through Fort Polk—to the more stable 6-month and annual leases. If you’re undecided about renting at Country Manor Apartments, we welcome walk-ins and scheduled tours alike. To set something up, see our contact page. If, on the other hand, we’ll soon have the pleasure of welcoming you to our community, please fill out and submit the application form along with a one-time ACH authorization for the security deposit and any pet deposits required.
