There are multiple properties named Country Manor Apartments in the United States.
We are in Leesville, Louisiana.

 
We require applicants to have 3× the monthly rent of the unit they wish to lease in total pre-tax income. We require a minimum credit score of 650 points. Federal law permits you one free credit report every 12 months from each credit reporting company. Our policy on criminal backgrounds attempts to be equitable, but some cases are categorically denied. If you know you don’t meet our requirements, please don’t spend your money on our non-refundable application fee.
 
We prefer applications through RentCafe, because if you come live with us, it will also be your tenant portal for paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, renewing leases, and so on. We also happily accept applications through Zillow, the form on this page, and on paper in our leasing office.

By entering/providing the information above, you hereby agree to the automated withdrawal of the listed amounts from your bank account as of today's date and further agree to hold Country Manor Apartments, its employees and officers harmless for any issue arising out of this transaction.

Furthermore, if your payment is returned for nonsufficient funds on your account, we will assess an additional $25 NSF fee.
